New Chef de Cuisine at Sandbar

Sandbar, one of Cold Spring Harbor's most celebrated restaurants, is proud to announce a new addition to their expert culinary team.
David Ladner is a talented chef who honed his skills in many notable kitchens throughout the New England area, including the Spiced Pear in the Chanler Hotel in Newport, RI and the four-diamond Rialto in the Charles Hotel in Boston, MA. He was also awarded the opportunity to participate in the Cochon555, a tour that supports responsible family farming where chefs and butchers work together to prepare nature’s bounty over natural fuels. His impressive performance at the local level won him the chance to showcase his skills nationally.
Most recently, Chef Ladner assumed the position of Chef de Cuisine at Sandbar, a celebrated restaurant in Cold Spring Harbor owned by the Lessing's Hospitality Group. Ladner has been working alongside famed Executive Chef Guy Reuge to introduce a new variety of menu items to compliment the already well-established cuisine that is loved by diners across the Island.
