Nick & Toni’s will ring in 2023 with a special four course chef’s tasting menu on December 31st. The four-course menu will cost $135 per person, plus tax and gratuity and a wine pairing menu will also be available. The evening will also feature hats, noise makers, balloons and all guests will receive a gift from the Nick & Toni’s pastry team. Reservations are recommended and can be made on Resy or by calling the restaurant directly at 631-324-3550. The four-course menu, subject to change, includes: delicata squash, agnellino, free range chicken, prosciutto wrapped monkfish and New York strip steak.

Celebrate New Year’s at Prime Restaurant in Huntington, which will be serving a deliciously festive $165 four-course price fix dinner and a late night DJ spinning tunes from 10:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. Note that the regular a la carte menu will not be available. The special price fix includes porterhouse for two, delmonico, wellington, Scottish salmon, striped bass and veal chop.

Wave Seafood is going big for New Year’s Eve. A five-course dinner menu will be served and there will be a champagne toast and ball drop in the lounge as well. The menu features the prime rib burger, fish and chips, jerk chicken and lobster mac n’ cheese. If you decide to stay the night, hotel packages start at $499 per couple and include a breakfast buffet the morning after.

Dance the night away at Insignia in Smithtown for New Year’s Eve. There will be an a la carte menu, chef specials, DJ entertainment and dancing in the bar and lounge. For New Year’s Day, a special surf and turf menu will be served and all bottles of wine over $150 will be half-off.

Indulge in an over-the-top, five-course meal served in the beautiful Scarpetta Beach in Montauk's dining room, which over looks the ocean, for New Year's Eve! The menu will be served from 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. The cost is $150 per person and $85 per child under 11.
