Four Restaurants on Long Island Having a Grand New Year's Celebration

It’s time to ring in the new year! If you’re looking for places to go on New Year’s Eve, here are four restaurants that are celebrating the holiday. Start off 2024 right!

Almond

Almond Restaurant in Bridgehampton is a French Bistro offering a seasonal menu based on locally farmed products. Its vibrant and comfortable atmosphere is ideal for their New Year’s Eve celebration, which features a deluxe locally sourced five course prix fixe menu and party, starting at 9 pm. There will be party favors, music, dancing, and a champagne toast to ring in the new year. The cost is $150 per person. If you want to just drop in, Almond will be serving snacks at the bar along with cocktails. Earlier in the evening, the restaurant will be offering their a la carte menu as well as some holiday specials if you’re looking for a more casual bite.

Canoe Place Inn

Canoe Place Inn is a worldly but regionally inspired Mediterranean restaurant. Located in Hampton Bays, the restaurant serves classic cuisine with a creative twist in their dining room, Tavern bar, patio, and outdoor bar. All this space makes for a perfect holiday venue! For New Year’s Eve, Canoe Place Inn is hosting a five-course prix-fixe dinner, with two seating times available. The first seating is from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm for $135 per person, and the second seating is from 7:30 pm to 9:45 pm for $175 per person. Reservations are required, so make sure to plan in advance!

Library Café

The Library Café, located in the center of Farmingdale, is known for its classic American pub food and specialty cocktails. Formerly the Farmingdale Public Library, the restaurant’s ambiance is a sophisticated yet casual spot to enjoy good food and a good time. The Library Café is throwing a New Year’s Eve Party from 9 pm to 1 pm. Costing $65 per person and must be purchased in advance, the party includes both a hot and cold buffet, an open bar, party favors, and music all night from DJ Silly Boy. If you want to celebrate with a big group of friends, the restaurant has a private room to celebrate, with a minimum of 40 guests.

City Cellar Wine Bar and Grill

City Cellar Wine Bar and Grill in Westbury is a modern American restaurant and bar showcasing fine spirits and wines from around the world. The upscale and casual bar along with their large and sophisticated dining room creates a perfect space for celebrations and events. For New Year’s Eve, City Cellar Wine Bar and Grill is hosting a celebration from 9 pm to 1 am for $125 per person. The night will consist of an unlimited top-shelf open bar, a chef’s selection of appetizers, a champagne toast at midnight, a live DJ, and dancing all night long. From 5 pm to 10 pm, the restaurant will be offering a la carté dining for those just looking for dinner.
