Looking to jam out to music the remaining of the summer? Here are some great restaurants on Long Island that will be hosting live music in August.

The Last Word

The Last Word, located in the heart of Huntington, is a craft cocktail lounge that also serves Peruvian inspired dishes. Ranging from small to large share dishes for the table and unique cocktail menu, this restaurant gives off a fun and lively atmosphere with multiple events, such as 7 pm trivia on Tuesdays and live music. The lounge has live music every Sunday and Thursday throughout August, with Sunday being Jazz night!

Bedell Cellars

Bedell Cellars is a family-owned and critically acclaimed winery in Cutchogue. Its picturesque view of the vineyard is unmatched, as the winery is frequently used for private parties and wedding events. Along with Bedell’s award-winning wines, there are also curated cheeses, artisan salumi, and other accompaniments for you to enjoy. There will be live music throughout the month periodically on Sundays, 1 pm to 5 pm, and Wednesdays, 5 pm to 9 pm. Local oysters will be available on Wednesdays, too!

Claudio’s Waterfront is the prime go-to spot on the North Fork for serene dining, live entertainment, and bustling nightlife. Located right on the water in Greenport, Claudio’s offers a breathtaking view and is also a marina. The property offers 4 diverse restaurants, with Claudio’s Waterfront being one, and the others being Crabby Jerry’s, Claudio’s Pizza, and Claudio’s Tavern and Grill. The restaurants specialize in American cuisine with a focus on seafood inspired by New England. There is live music on the wharf every Friday and during the weekend, ranging from rock, reggae, pop, and more!

The Preston House

The Preston House and Hotel is a New American restaurant that provides customers with a memorable experience in a classy and historic setting. Found in Riverhead, the restaurant utilizes Long Island-sourced ingredients and has a wine cellar that has more than 800 bottles of wine from around the globe. As far as live music is concerned, the restaurant has Summer Music Sessions every Friday from 6 pm to 9 pm.
