Juniper at The Vanderbilt Opens In Westbury

Civetta Hospitality Group known for its sustainable business practices and popular restaurants including Calissa, Amali and Bar Marseille have opened up a new restaurant on Long Island.

Juniper at The Vanderbilt is a sustainably driven American Grill located at The Vanderbilt luxury residences & hotel. Take in the restaurant's mix of modern and rustic accents in the large deco-style space, lined with luxurious leather banquets and floor-to-ceiling windows. Lush green trees and greenery surround the restaurant providing a welcoming and calm presence. Their large outdoor patio features a lively bar and robust entertainment schedule including live music and DJs.


Executive Chef Christopher D’Ambrosio is bringing his years of culinary experience and travel to elevate traditional American fare at Juniper at The Vanderbilt. Diners can expect an extensive raw bar along with simply grilled steaks and seafood. Signature dishes include baked Bluepoint grilled oysters with prosciutto, ribeye for two with bone marrow and duck with juniper oil from Jurgielewicz & Sons Duck. As seasons change so will Junipers menu with help from local farming partners. Junipers beverage program will include seasonal libations from small batch gins from artisanal producers around New York and when it comes to their wines, the restaurant will carry sustainable wines with a focus on local American offerings and female-made wines.


Juniper at The Vanderbilt is located in Westbury and will be open for dinner from 5-10 p.m. every day with brunch coming soon. Delivery will be available via GrubHub, Seamless and UberEats.
