Union Sushi & Steak Delivers an Unforgettable Experience

A lively restaurant in the heart of Southampton, Union Sushi & Steak uses only the best ingredients and provides an unmatched atmosphere. The latest venture from the restauranteurs who brought us Union Burger Bar and Southampton Social Club, Union Sushi and Steak is "a modern Hamptons take on steakhouses of old." Fusing the energy of a supper club from days of old, with an exciting modern ambiance, Union Sushi and Steak is sure to deliver a memorable night out.

Their menu is one of a kind, particularly on the East End of Long Island, and offers a mouthwatering array of the freshest seafood and prime cuts of meat. Diners are in for a treat during restaurant week, as the prix fixe menu offers much of the every day menu.

Begin your meal with one of their signature rolls, the Old Town Roll, served with shrimp tempura, cucumber, spicy tuna, crunchies, spicy mayo and eel sauce. If sushi isn't your cup of tea, the duck egg roll is for you. Duck confit and broccoli slaw alongside hoisin, peanut and sweet Thai chili sauces, it's a creative and delicious take on a traditional egg roll.

The entrées are a varied display of what Union Sushi & Steak specializes in. Enjoy a fresh and succulent pecan crusted halibut served with grilled asparagus, herbed basil couscous and tomato brown butter. The grilled skirt steak, alongside Yukon gold mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus and a cabernet demi-glaze, is an incredible steak that will have you wondering why you're just now trying Union Sushi & Steak. The real showstopper, however, is a 22 oz. dry aged bone in ribeye. Offered for a supplemental charge on the Fall Long Island Restaurant Week menu, you'd be hard pressed to find a better cut of meat.

Finally, we come to dessert. If you can find the room after the first two courses, the New York Style Cheesecake with fresh strawberries is a must. If you're looking for something abit lighter, the fresh berries and cream or the warm apple tartlet with salted caramel ice cream are also great options.

No matter your tastes or what you decide to order, Union Sushi & Steak is sure to deliver an unforgettable meal and a truly special night out. The Restaurant Week menu will be offered through Sunday, October 25.

Postponed in the Spring due to restrictions from COVID-19, Fall Long Island Restaurant Week is taking place from Sunday, October 18 through Sunday, October 25. Restaurants may offer a two-course lunch prix fixe for $20. Additionally, they may offer a $25 three-course dinner menu, a $35 three-course dinner menu, or even both. Participating restaurants will offer at least three options per course, and participating restaurants can offer any combination of prix fixes, and many restaurants will be offering the promotion for takeout as well as for limited indoor and outdoor dining!
