Mother's Day is the perfect excuse to slow down, share a great meal, and celebrate mom in style—and Road Trip has plenty of ways to make the day feel special. Whether you're planning a laid-back brunch complete with sweet treats and mimosas or a more elevated dinner experience inspired by flavors from across the country, the Bay Shore spot is serving up thoughtful dishes designed to turn any meal into a memorable outing.

Road Trip just launched their spring brunch menu, featuring Vermont Maple Peppered Bacon, Chicken and Waffles, a Mimosa flight, and so many other tasty dishes. Spotlighted on their Instagram, the Strawberry Blueberry Banana French Toast is the kind of decadent dish that "makes mom feel like the queen she is."

However, if you and Mom are dinner people instead, stop in and experience their Chef's Menu, a five-course journey through a curated selection of state-inspired dishes created by Dirt Chef Ian Russo. Highlighting seasonal ingredients and showcasing regional flavors, the menu changes every Wednesday. Each course is thoughtfully designed to demonstrate balance, technique, and a sense of place from across the country, offering a new perspective on American cuisine.

This week's Chef's Menu focuses on Kentucky. Dishes like the Kentucky Burgoo, a traditional communal stew deeply rooted in Kentucky's rural foodways, and the Derby Pie Martini, inspired by the renowned sporting event and its classic dessert, spotlight bourbon, chocolate, and walnuts, make each diner feel as if they've transported to the Bluegrass State and are on the sidelines of the derby.

Be sure to make a reservation for brunch and keep an eye out for next week's Chef's Menu on their Instagram to make this a standing date with Mom!
