Menu items, subject to change, include a Seder plate with roasted lamb bone, egg, harrosett, parsley, horseradish, and salt water, smoked fish display with smoked sable, whitefish, and cold smoked salmon candy, organic potato pancakes with apple honey chutney, chopped organic chicken liver carrots and celery, chicken soup with matzo balls, slow braised brisket with roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables, roasted asparagus with blood orange butter, and potato kugel. Thyme, located in Roslyn NY, will be serving a special Passover Prix Fixe Dinner Friday, April 19th and Saturday, April 20th from 4-10 p.m. Enjoy a traditional Seder plate and chopped liver, followed by matzo ball soup or a fuji apple and endive salad. Entrée choices include pan-roasted chicken with butternut squash apple sauté, haricot vert, and red wine reduction, braised brisket of beef with Yukon gold mashed potato, grilled asparagus, and natural jus, and pan-seared filet of salmon with roasted vegetable ratatouille and tomato basil pesto emulsion. Desserts include a flourless chocolate truffle torte, lemon sponge cake, apple sponge cake, or assorted macaroons for the table. Children under 10 years old eat for $24.
