The Beacon in Sag Harbor is back for their 26th season this summer! Dine on refined New American fare in an upscale setting perched above the Sag Harbor Cove Yacht Club. The restaurant has stunning views spanning across the bay that you can enjoy at one of their outdoor tables. If you’re looking for a seafood-driven menu accompanied by delicious cocktails, visit Salt on the Water in Merrick! This casual waterfront escape is available for a visit by land or sea with transient boat slips available. This establishment is open daily for dinner, in addition to Saturdays for lunch and Sundays for brunch. Indulge in menu items such as Thai calamari, tuna tacos, short rib sliders, a SALT burger, shrimp cavatelli, grilled swordfish, day boat scallops, surf and turf, items from their raw bar and more. They are located right along the Stony Brook Harbor which features some incredible scenic views right in the center of the picturesque colonial village of Stony Brook.
