Falling into Autumn at Del Frisco's Grille

The modern, stylish and fun Del Frisco's Grille in Huntington Station has welcomed in the fall season with an autumn inspired three course prix fixe.
Drawing inspiration from bold flavors and market fresh ingredients, Del Frisco’s is sure to please any fan of fall fare.
Start off your meal with butternut squash bisque with maple mascarpone and spiced pumpkin seeds or an iceberg lettuce wedge with hickory-smoked bacon crumbles, tomato and blue cheese dressing. Entrée selections include cider-glazed heritage pork chop with sweet potato and apple hash and a cider reduction or truffled mushroom gnocchi with a sherry-porcini cream, ricotta salata, arugula and lemon. For dessert, choose between a sticky toffee date cake with whiskey caramel, maple mascarpone and candied pecans or a peanut butter chocolate pie. If a full meal isn't your cup of tea, take a seat at the bar during Happy Hour Monday through Friday from 4 – 6:30 p.m. and enjoy $7 bites, cocktails, spirits and wine or $6 craft on draft. Delicious bites to choose from include cheesesteak eggrolls, artichoke beignets, deviled eggs, parmesan frites and personal sizes flatbreads. Pair those tasty treats with a hand-crafted cocktail like the white sangria or the Grille margarita.
