Almond in Bridgehampton will celebrate the holidays with their 20th annual Christmas Eve suckling pig roast. Chef Jason Weiner has brought in Berkshire suckling pigs from Roaming Acres Farm and will prepare a feast including seasonal accompaniments. Cost per plate is $45 and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the pajama program, a program that provided new, warm pajamas and new books to children in need. Mirabelle Restaurant at the Three Village Inn will offer a special Christmas Eve prix fixe for dine in and Christmas Eve Dinner package to enjoy at home. The special menu available for dine in features three courses for $68 per person, $34 for children 10 and under. Choose from delicious dishes such as Duck Mirabelle, Roasted Prime Rib and Roasted Loin of Lamb. The dinner at home package ($250) includes a full four course dinner for 6, and simply needs to be reheated. Highlights include: Smoked salmon, goat cheese salad, roasted prime rib and tiramisu. Lobster & squash pot pie prime rib with horseradish cream and truffle jus, sweet potato gratin with toasted marshmallow and chocolate peppermint fudge cake.
