The new modern American restaurant located in the Roslyn Hotel is hosting their inaugural New Year’s Eve celebration from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. The evening features a special four-course prix fixe dinner, open bar, entertainment, party favors and a special champagne toast at midnight. Enjoy menu items such as yellowfin tuna crudo, winter vegetable risotto, New Zealand king salmon, Colorado rack of lamb and more. Just be sure to reserve in advance!

East Wind - Wading River

The annual New Year’s Eve Gala is set to take place in the grand ballroom at East Wind at 8 p.m. Revelers may enjoy bar service, a hot and cold buffet, and a champagne toast at midnight.
